Frequently Asked Questions

Standard check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. If you are requesting a check in time before the standard time of 2pm, please call us on the day on arrival to make sure that your room is available. We cannot assure you that your request will be approved.


Late check ins are available for pre-paid bookings, are subject to availability, and must be requested on booking. Please call us during office hours to organise your check in details if you plan to arrive after 6pm.


Yes, all of our rooms are non-smoking.


No, we do not supply any meals. There are multiple restaurants and cafes within walking distance.


To cancel or move your booking you must notify us at least 24hrs prior to our check-in time of 2pm. Cancellations within this period will incur a cancellation fee equal to that of your first nights accommodation which will be charged to your credit card.
